RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

 Style and size changes

Once the product put into production, no modification can be made.

If you have a modification request, please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order.

Over 48 hours of modification request, we will not process.

The following is the specific damage situation treatment solutions:

*Refund: We will refund in full, not including shipping fee.

*Remake: We will free remake new one for you. [Recommended Solution]

 

 

Cancel the order

Our products are completely handmade custom products, once put into production, we will can't be fully refunded.

We have consumed labor and product costs, we will charge 50% of the manual fee, only refund 50% of the product fee and shipping fee.

 

 

Wrong product from warehouse

* Due to the negligence of the warehouse staff, you have received the product of other’s orders.

Please contact us to service@mossoul.com within 24 hours and attach the pictures and information of the product, our customer service staff will be happy to help for you.

You can choose one of the following solutions:

  1. Redo: We will remake your order.

 

* Note: Due to our product are completely handmade custom product, once the product is produced, we will not be able to be sold for the second time, so except receiving the wrong product, we can't accept returns for other reasons.
